It is a super premium gin with a very classic, complex and smooth style. Very versatile. Characterised by an infusion of lime filters added after distillation in a copper still. There are 18 botanicals, including lavender, bitter orange, ginger and thyme. They are blended together at different times for maceration and then distilled. This award-winning gin has olfactory notes of bitter orange accompanied by hints of thyme, cardamom and juniper that develop a balanced complexity. On the palate, the freshness of lavender meets the spicy notes of ginger, pepper and angelica root before giving us the fine warming finish of lime filters.
