From distillation of fine white wine produced in the Tulahuén valley, at the foot of the Andes, this pisco has fruits, flowers and liquorice scents. Pisco Wagar is made using Muscat grapes only, handpicked, the traditional base for the Pisco from Chile.
Distilled in small quantities in a copper still pot, only the "heart" of the alcohol is used. No further aroma is added, in order to preserve the integrity and the original transparency of this pisco. Profile: fresh and spicy. Muscat grapes, champignon, melon, chervil. - Fragrance: fresh, gourmand. Spices (cinnamon, ginger, and pepper) but also very ripe grapes. It is muscat grapes with full of sugar berries. The second fragrance is more scented with liquorice and plants (underwoods, wet earth, and champignon). - Taste: oily and silky. The grapes are dominating with their amplitude and exuberance of fruits (pear, white peach, pineapple and banana). Then you can taste melon and cooked strawberries.
