V2, a sour cherry wine made from wild Visciola and Verdicchio di Matelica grapes. It is made using traditional methods without the addition of ferments or sulfites, offering an original recipe that is renewed as the seasons change. Ideal in combination with desserts, chocolate, dried fruits and cheeses.
