In January 2015, DDL chose to bottle and market its selections, gathering them into the Rare Collection range.
Luca Gargano has always considered this decision a right evolution in DDL's history. Nevertheless, he remained very undecided about what to do with the last bottling he selected in July 2014: Diamond and Versailles 1996.
To date, few bottles of this label have been given away or auctioned.
On the occasion of Velier's 70th Anniversary, Luca chooses to include the remainder within our selections.
