Magnum Mount Gay 14 Years: an excellence pot still by Frank Ward

Magnum Mount Gay 14 years is a pure single rum 100% pot still that is part of the stock purchased by Frank Ward, still distilled by his family before the sale.

After triple alembic distillation in 2007, it was aged in a tropical climate for 14 years in American oak barrels.

The nose is lively and creamy, with peppery and woody notes that evolve into camphorated and medicinal fragrances with time. The palate is powerful, with a vanilla attack that then reveals rich nuances of cocoa, cinnamon and anise. The finish is long and balanced, with spicy and floral notes.
