Père Labat 3 Y.O. From the tradition of Marie-Galante's rhum agricole
The 3-year-old rhum agricole Père Labat is produced in the purest tradition of Marie-Galante, like all Père Labat rums. The sugar cane is selected here for its organoleptic qualities, harvested mostly by hand and transported immediately to the distillery. Aged for 3 years in barrels that have previously contained Tennessee Bourbon, despite its young age it has a rich aromatic palette, including notes of vanilla, banana and spices, and a good length on the finish.
