As a second inspiration in our interpretation of the Divine Comedy, 9 by Dante Purgatorio is an original recipe that aims to redefine the style of Extra-Dry vermouth.

The first Vermouth di Torino Superiore to be assembled exclusively with 100% Arneis Wine, Purgatorio is a dry and fresh Vermouth with an intense note of fruit and a marked acidity. Made with twenty-seven botanical essences extracted by hand at the Alba distillery, nine have been symbolically chosen for the link with the levels of Mount Purgatory.

Dry and fresh with intense fruity and floral notes. The persistent acidity makes it perfect as a mixing vermouth but also an excellent aperitif to be served with ice.
