Maidenii is an Australian Vermouth created from the cooperation of an Australian bartender and a French winemaker who moved to Australia. Its base is Viognier wine, from grapes grown in Victoria and plants like seaside parsley, river mint, small strawberries, Kaffir leaves, Japanese gentian and nigella flowers. Maidenii Dry was made thinking of the Martini cocktail, but in reality is very versatile and can be used in several cocktails and drinks. Its also very good neat or on the rocks.
