Pegasus Vodka: rising star

Pegasus vodka was created in Burgundy from a combination of terroir, craftsmanship and technological innovation. Its character is based on selected local organic cereals and the purest water from Meursault, elements that contribute to defining an elegant and incredibly smooth style.

The purest expression of the Pegasus style, this ultra-premium vodka is characterised by slow reflux distillations and highly selective cuts, which allow only the heart of the distillate to be preserved. Gradual reduction at a controlled temperature gives it a velvety aroma.
