Pegasus Vodka Shooting Star is a limited edition that represents the most refined and experimental expression of this brand.
Made with locally sourced organic French wheat, it is the result of three slow reflux distillations, equivalent to over ten classic distillations. The reduction takes place gradually and at a controlled temperature: a process that gives the distillate a velvety aroma and extraordinary harmony of flavour. This is followed by at least one year of ageing in Italian terracotta amphorae, during which a slow oxidative exchange takes place, amplifying its roundness, depth and complexity.
An authentic meteorite hangs in the centre of the amphora, an element that is as symbolic as it is functional, giving the vodka an unrivalled taste and structure thanks to the infusion of chondrite, a mineral found exclusively in meteorites.
Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
