Produced from the renowned Golden Promise barley variety, it reveals a typically Norman fruity spirit against a backdrop of very Scottish malty and herbaceous notes.

Le Breuil 2017 Version Française: aromatic notes between Normandy and Scotland

Le Breuil 2017 Version Française has a soft and refined nose, in which hints of ripe apple, vanilla, sage, jasmine and lemon fade into the freshness of malted barley and cut hay, with acacia honey providing a pleasant syrupy sensation. The palate is rich in fruity, herbaceous and vanilla notes, with almond milk and sweet spices prevailing to a distinct nuance of ripe apple. The finish is persistent and balanced, with tones of pear, saffron and cardamom evolving into coffee, liquorice and candied fruit.
