Elegant and surprisingly dry, this Glenlossie 16 Year Old, matured for two years in first fill Pedro Ximénez hogshead casks, combines notes of ripe fruit and honey with a more vibrant profile, featuring citrus accents of orange and peach. On the palate, it alternates sweetness from raisins, plums and chocolate with hints of herbs and aperitif bitters, supported by firm tannins that accompany a long, spicy and persistent finish. A rich, complex and perfectly balanced single malt, bottled at 53.9%.
