To obtain the intense and full-bodied taste of its Ginger Beer, Fever-Tree has selected three types of ginger thanks to their complementary but distinctive scents: from Cochin (India), it comes a variety giving a rich and earthy flavor, close to chocolate; from the Ivory Coast, a very fragrant green and fresh ginger is obtained; finally from Nigeria comes a ginger with an intense and deep flavor to the mixture. In addition to pressing the plant to extract the oils, the roots are macerated so as to release stronger and more typical aromas of ginger.
Ginger Beer is distinguished by a sweet attack in the mouth quickly submerged by an explosion of ginger. The aftertaste is endless on ginger and pepper. It can be tasted with ice or in perfumed and exotic cocktails: mix with fresh lemon juice and white spirits such as vodka for Moscow Mule, white rum for Mobile Mule or with gin for London Mule (or Gin Gin Mule).

Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
