Bimber is a young artisan distillery founded in 2015 in London by some whisky enthusiasts. And the passion for quality distillate shines through at every stage of production. Bimber uses Concerto and Laureate variety barley and malting is done manually on a floor at Warminster Maltings.

Fermentation is very long, over 150 hours; the stills are quite small (1000 liters for the wash still, 300 for the spirit) and the choice of a direct fire power supply, as it was once done, is surprising; finally the maturation takes place in the London warehouses, which have different average temperatures in order to calibrate the maturation times. The result is a whiskey that has made many aficionados fall in love: full-bodied but also very fine, with spectacular fruity hints for a single malt that is still young.
Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
