Located in Echallat, the Vaudon Tardif domaine extends over an area of 60 hectares divided between the territory of Grande Champagne and that of the Fins Bois. Pierre Vaudon is the owner of this clay-limestone land from which this limited edition comes, the result of the assembly of two thousandths.

Delicate and intense, it opens with notes of cherry, sweet spices and exotic fruit. Limited edition.
