Sabatini Gin is the first Tuscan London Dry Gin, and was born in 2015 from the passion of the Sabatini family, eager to sign an act of love towards their land. On the Teccognano estate in the province of Arezzo, some of the highest quality juniper used to make the gin is harvested, as well as some local botanicals: coriander, iris, wild fennel, lavender, olive leaves, thyme, lemon verbena and sage.
To develop its recipe, the Sabatini family enlisted the help of Charles Maxwell of the Thames Distillery, one of the leading experts in the field, who oversaw the choice of botanicals and their combination. Sabatini Gin is thus the fruit of the important historical and cultural link between Tuscany and England.
The nose presents a fresh citric and floral scent. The palate is full and harmonious, rich in juniper, wild fennel, lemon verbena and thyme. The finish is persistent and sophisticated.
Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
