The bitter Kahneman comes from an ancient recipe dating back to 1812.
For two centuries it was handcrafted for the exclusive consumption of the Kahneman family. With the death of Clara, the last guardian of the formula, the bitter has risked to be lost forever. Thanks to the discovery of the old notebook, where the botanicals and their quantities were noted, today the original recipe has been reviewed and improved by one of the best Italian homeopaths, Dr. Valter Fabbro.
The bitter Kahneman is a real natural elixir that really promotes digestion at the end of a meal.
This happens thanks to the perfect combination of different ingredients: lemon, the medicinal citrus par excellence; rosemary, symbol of love and adjuvant of liver function; and finally the spices and herbs that help the main ingredients: liquorice, star anise, quinotto, cinnamon and gentian.
Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
