This bottling of the St. Nicholas Abbey Distillery marks a turning point in the world of Rums, especially for those produced in Barbados: it is in fact the first Rum aged in the new plantation of St. Nicholas Abbey to be launched on the market.
It is aged for 5 years in ex-Bourbon barrels, which previously contained their molasses aged rum. This 5 Y.O. Cask Strenght stands out for its full-grade bottling.
