The Single Malt Armorik 12 Y.O. 2009 Sherry Single Cask Conquete was specially selected by La Maison du Whisky for its 65th anniversary celebration series. Distilled in August 2009, it is aged for 12 years in ex-Sherry cask number #3343. A whisky that proudly displays its Breton origins, and at the same time reveals its love for the journey to Jerez de la Frontera.
The Single Malt Armorik 12 Y.O. 2009 Sherry Single Cask Conquete has a nose in which hints of gingerbread, toasted walnut and liquorice gradually evolve into sultanas, dried fruit, honey, mango and candied orange, with a background of lichen. The palate is dynamic, rich with notes of juniper, coriander, black pepper, chocolate, verbena and candied fruit, with nuances of tobacco, paprika, cloves, banana and rice in the background. The finish is persistent, beginning with nutmeg, fresh ginger and caramel, continuing with hints of Palomino Fino and Pedro Ximenez and concluding with tobacco and coffee.
Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
