The Single Malt Domaine Des Hautes Glaces 2016 Flavis Conquete was selected by La Maison du Whisky for its 65th anniversary celebration series. The Domaine des Hautes Glaces distillery is located in Haute Savoie, this version exalts the level achieved after more than ten years of work, and was matured in casks that contained vin jaune from the Jura.
The Single Malt Domaine Des Hautes Glaces 2016 Flavis Conquete has a delicate nose, in which hints of malted barley and roasted nuts give way to cloves, pepper, exotic fruit and heather honey. The palate is clean and lively, with notes of chocolate, nuts and nutmeg, evolving into an autumnal, balsamic and spicy elegance, with a herbaceous and saline aftertaste. The finish is persistent, oscillating between the aroma of sweets, exotic fruit, cut hay and grapes.
Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
