A precious expression from the Ichiro Malt & Grain collection.
A blend of a 27 year old Single Malt Aged from Hanyu with a 35 year old Single Grain Whisky from the Kawasaki distillery both aged in Sherry casks. The Hanyu and Kawasaki distilleries are closed and regarded as myths of Japanese whisky. Added to this blend is a 5-year-old Chichibu from the distillery of Ichiro Akuto.
The illustrious past and future of Japanese whisky is expressed in a glass.
