Compass Box Celestial: a journey through majestic clouds of smoke
Celestial is the fourth and final release in the Extinct Blends Quartet Compass Box series, the peatest version;This whisky draws inspiration from a 1960s blend, offering a perfect combination of complex, smoky notes with fruity undertones, characteristic of the peaty character of Ardbeg and Caol Ila. These are complemented by the herbaceous and spicy tones of Glen Elgin and Pulteney. Finally, some very aged grain whiskies impart a subtle hint of honey, completing the flavour profile.
