Glengoyne 12 Year Single Malt Whisky is produced from ex-Sherry casks that are hand-selected, contributing to its rich golden colour. As with all Glengoyne whiskies, this release is characterised by the slowest distillation in Scotland, and air-drying of the barley.
Hints of coconut oil, honey, lemon zest and dry oak stand out on the nose. The palate is rich with notes of caramelised apples, cinnamon, ginger and orange.
