The 100% Sardinian gin comes from an idea of Flavio Porcu. The biggest quality In Solo Gin is the use of raw materials 100% from Sardinia, almost zero kilometers, i.e. locally produced.
The cereals for alcohol production comes from the plains of Campidano. The only botanical is juniper, hand-picked at the perfect ripe point.
Maceration requires a long time and slow distillation that lasts up to 15 hours. It’s a gin with personality where the only botanicals joined by the masterly distillation emanates a variety of Mediterranean flavors that are really addictive. Everything is Made in Sardinia, ""besides the empty bottle"", as Flavio tells us with a laugh.
Mediterranean, intense, persistent, scents of myrtle, rosemary, fresh juniper, iodized, with light spicy notes and finally with pine resin perfume.
