Rum Nation Panama 21 Years Decanter Black is a beautiful limited edition, housed in an elegant black decanter, of a rum that stems from the tradition of the maestros roneros, who brought their art to Panama decades ago. This rum is therefore produced from sugar cane molasses and distilled in a column still, then aged for 21 years in the Panama climate in American oak barrels. The result is a unique aromatic profile, blending the sweetness typical of the Carribbean style with the spicy notes given by the wood.
On the nose, this rum reveals the character of whole cane sugar and is rich in hints of sultanas, tropical fruit, wood and tobacco. The palate is full and sweet, with notes of dried figs, dates, cinnamon, pepper, black tea and coffee, with nuances of cloves and medicinal herbs balancing the sweetness. The finish is warm and spicy, with the sweetness muted by barrel tannins.
Rum Nation was founded in 1999 by Fabio Rossi with the precise intention of enhancing the spirit and history of the places where the selected spirits come from. The main philosophy is to unite a selection of the best rums from different countries in a single series, so that the protagonists are not necessarily the names of the distilleries, but rather the area of origin.

Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
