From a collaboration with La Maison & Velier, two special bottlings of Beenleigh are born: Desert and Tropical Aging, two avant-garde Rums in the world of Australian distillation.
The second warehouse of the distillery is located in the semi-desert area of Renmark (Barossa Valley). Here this Rum is left to age for 5 years in ex-Bourbon First Fill barrels.
