J.P. Wiser’s is the Canadian Whiskey produced continuously since 1857 at the Hiram Walker Distillery in Windsor, Ontario.
The 10 YO version is obtained from the discontinuous distillation of corn and a small part of rye distilled in a continuous column. It ages for 10 years in three types of barrel: ex-Bourbon, ex-Canadian Whiskey and again American oak, giving it a soft but decisive character.
