The One is the range of blended whiskies from Lakes, a distillery in the north of England that since its foundation in 2011 has established itself as one of the most interesting realities in the growing English whisky movement. The One series combines the single malt of the English distillery with malt and grain whiskies from Scotland (Highlands, Speyside and Islay), with a proportion of lightly peaty whiskies. These whiskies are unfiltered and uncoloured. The blend is aged in Oloroso Sherry Casks personally selected in Andalusia by Whiskymaker Dhavall Gandhi
