The new Elements of Islay range replaces the previous one - namely Elements of Islay Peat Pure and Peat and consists of two expressions: Cask Edit and Bourbon Cask.
Each recipe has been created by blending small batches of Single Malts to accentuate the different characters of the elemental spirit of Islay.

Bourbon Cask aged in American oak and hogshead refill and first fill casks, then matured in 100% first fill ex-bourbon casks, is bottled at a higher gravity to highlight the whisky's natural personality. The classic smoky tone from a distillery on the south coast of Islay is combined with the milder, sweeter aromas of the north coast.
