The symbol of the distillery is its still, equipped with a ring at the base of the neck from which mountain water flows outside the still, cooling it and thus increasing condensation. The design of the bottle recalls this system.
Matured for 22 years in ex-Bourbon American oak casks.
Aromatic profile: On the nose banana, citrus and plum combine with sultana bread, figs and ginger. On the palate spiced pear, caramelised orange and coffee, tempered by liquorice which then makes way for morello cherry, plum and treacle.
