The nose reveals elegant smoky notes, seaweed and lemon zest, accompanied by honey and malt biscuits. The palate is creamy, with soft peat, white pepper, baked apple and a hint of vanilla that sweetens the salty component. The finish is long, dry and iodised, with hints of ash and citrus fruits.
