Right after the Boutique Bar Show in 2006, an exhibit in London presenting all the new products for the Back Bar, Bitter Truth Company was founded. Because of their passion for old style cocktails and because of the difficulty of finding good bitters in their original country, German barmen Stephan Berg and Alexander Hauck created their own line of bitters and spirits.
Tasting Notes: fresh and fruity-tangy with an unbelievably intense citrus note. They are bitter to the taste with flavorful notes of coriander and cardamom in the background.
