The union of Mediterranean sea with the herbs of English countryside.
The main character is the lavender that we can use fresh or dry to give a country look to a very stylish gin. Floral, elegant, wide, springtime taste. In order to produce a gin with a unique nature, Daniel Szor, manager of the Cotswolds Distillery, asked a botany expert to select the best ingredients for his small batch of Cotswold Gin.
In the interest of creating a grain-based distillate, this gin is infused in maceration or with steam with local botanicals, from the Cotswolds region, South West England.
To better determine the more appropriate method of infusion for each of the botanical elements, those have been tested before, each one with the two different systems above.
A unique gin to be tasted with ice, but also as a Martini Gin or Gin & Tonic.

Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
