Winestillery Slow Gin was born from the constant experimentation of this revolutionary company, the first and only vinstillery in the world, where Winery and Distillery merge, in one of the most iconic places in the production of wines and spirits, Chianti. All Winestillery products strictly follow the grape to glass manifesto, a quality certification contract stipulated specifically to guarantee the customer maximum production transparency.
This Slow Gin has wine as its starting point, with an artisanal process created to enhance the marc, usually waste from wine processing and raw material of grappa. The marc is left to macerate in the gin, giving the sugary notes typical of the sloe, becoming a product that needs to be tasted slowly, slow indeed.
Aromatic profile: aroma with floral notes of violet, wild strawberries and morello cherry. In the mouth, a perfect union between the taste of Gin and the sinuous and enveloping vinous sensations with a fresh and spicy acidulous persistence.

Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
