On the slopes of Etna, the highest active volcano in Europe, there are hectares of citrus groves, the pride of the ancient peasant tradition. Only in these countryside, thanks to the nature of the soil and the strong temperature range, do the famous Red Oranges that characterize this bitter grow.

Amara Caroni, a limited edition in which the scents of Sicily and the heritage of the Caribbean meet, born from the idea of Luca Gargano and Edoardo Strano to bring in Contrada San Martino Piana, between Etna and the sea, some ex- Caroni casks.
This precious liqueur rests for twelve months in a lava stone cellar at the foot of Mount Etna in five ex-Caroni barrels, enriching itself with the aromas released by American oak and reaching a new state of maturity and softness.
