Amara Amaro of Sicilian Orange is a liqueur that originates at the foot of Mount Etna, the highest active volcano in Europe. Created by the Rossa liquor factory in Contrada San Martino, this liqueur uses the IGP Red Oranges of Sicily. After careful selection, the orange peels undergo a multiple infusion process, repeated seven times, with alcohol and wild herbs. Finally, the purest water from Etna's spring is added.
This special pack contains a unique design object designed by Improntabarre and inspired by the skyline of Caltagirone, the famous ceramic city. It is a juice squeezer, whose color is reminiscent of the blood oranges of Sicily, and whose grooves, engraved by hand, allow the juice to flow gently inside the glass. Handcrafted, it is a unique piece by designer Andrea Branciforti.
Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
