Created by the Lebanese wine maker Chateau Musar, this liquor is distilled 4 times and rested for two years in a clay amphora. The base for distillation is Obaideh and Merwah Lebanese wines. During the fourth distillation, they add some anise seeds which add a long and persistent final. Crystal clear looking, Musar Arack shows intense anise and fennel aromas with liquorice notes. The taste is incredibly clean with strong anise taste.
