Monymusk's pure single Jamaican rum MBK 23 Y.O. 1998 is a 13313 single cask distilled in 1998 and bottled in 2022.
After the distillation phase, carried out in post still, the rum underwent part tropical and part continental maturation.
A very limited production of about 200 bottles, part of the Rest & Be Thankful line that Monymusk made in honor of those moments of rest and gratitude worthy of any good tasting of their rums.
The 1998 Monymusk MBK 23 Y.O. explodes on the nose through aromas of ripe yellow-fleshed and tropical fruits, sweet notes and pleasantly spicy. The sip is full and intense, with hints of citrus and light roasted and dried fruit notes.
Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
