It belongs to the limited edition series, which was distilled in old wooden stills. The 1993 Demerara Rum Rare Collection Enmore bottled by El Dorado is a complex and precious Rum, aged for 21 years in ex-Bourbon barrels.
Tasting notes: intense and complex olfactory hints reach the nose, recalling licorice, vanilla, spices, oak, coffee and dried fruit such as almonds and walnuts. The tasting is balanced and warm, medium-bodied and long-lasting, characterized by aromas reminiscent of apricot, peach and honey. The aftertaste is fabulous.
