El Dorado 12 years is a blend of traditional rums, distilled in the famous Enmore, Diamond and Port Mourant stills by Demerara Distillers Limited.
Aged in ex-bourbon barrels, it is a very balanced rum, winning gold at the Caribbean Rum Taste Test in London seven times in its first 10 years.
Aromatic Profile: reveals notes of tropical fruit, spices, honey and brown sugar. In the mouth it is rich and marked by light tannin, fruit and spices. Ideal in pure tasting, it also lends itself to use in powerful, fruity cocktails.
