This Port Mourant dates back to 1997, the year in which it was distilled and closed in ex bourbon barrels and left to mature in the tropical climate of the island, which facilitates the production processes and allows for faster maturation: the 20 years that pass before bottling. in 2017, in fact, they are an infinity for any rum, which makes it truly a very rare bottling.
