The Vermouth Bianco di Contratto is obtained by fortifying wine from Cortese grapes to which flavourings are then added, a total of 50 botanicals are used, including hawthorn, coriander, marjoram, laurel, chamomile and many others. Production is by fine crushing of the botanicals. Thanks to cold extraction and the use of a hydro-alcoholic solution that irrigates the powders of the botanicals for about twenty days, all the aromatic substances can be extracted. The vermouth is matured in steel tanks for about 40 days;
The end result is a fresh, floral vermouth that is excellent enjoyed neat as an aperitif or used in the preparation of cocktails. We recommend serving at a temperature of between 6/8°C;
Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
