From the idea of Davide Vitale, a great lover of Australian spirits with Italian origins, Starward was born, a range of Australian Whiskies with a strong patriotic nature.
All the ingredients, in fact, come from Melbourne and its surroundings: for example, the cereals are selected with the help of local farmers from varieties that are well suited to that climate.
Aging takes place in barrels used by local wine producers, strictly red wines with great structure such as Shiraz and Cabernet.

Two-Fold is an Australian Double Grain Whisky, made from Australian malted barley and wheat.
Small pot stills produced in Australia are used for the distillation, while the aging of at least three years takes place in slightly carbonized barrels that contained wines such as Shiraz, Cabernet and Pinot Noir.
