Blanc de Blancs #16/1100: Kilchoman Single Cask for Milan
Kilchoman Italian Cities No.1 is distilled from malted barley at 50 ppm in 2016. It spends five years in an ex-Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrel before resting for a further year in an ex-Blanc de Blancs cask, used for the production of a Champagne.
The first release in the Italian Cities series from the famous Islay distillery is dedicated to Milan and features two iconic locations on the label, the Duomo and the entrance to the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele.
