Kilchoman Fino 2023 Edition: from the heart of Islay

Kilchoman Fino in its 2023 Edition was aged in casks that previously contained Sherry Fino, purchased from Bodega Jose Miguel Martin. The 20 casks used, distilled in 2018, were selected by Anthony Wills and Robin Bignal.

The result is a whisky of great quality and uniqueness, rich with hints of dry oak, giving smoky undertones, combined with classic Kilchoman fruit and green apple nuances.

The palate is rich with notes of honey, caramel, candied fruit, fresh citrus and almonds, with a delicate peat smoke. The finish is persistent, with tones of malt, dark chocolate and delicate peat.
