Kilchoman 100% Islay reaches its 12th edition and does it with a single-farm single malt!
Produced with Publican variety barley grown in Islay in the fields in front of the distillery inside the Rockside Farm, the farm where the distillery itself is located: this barley is malted on the malting floor of Kilchoman and distilled on the Island, before being matured in 29 ex-Bourbon barrels and 6 ex-Sherry Oloroso Butts for at least eight years (mix of vintage 2011, 2012 and 2013).
It is an exceptional whisky, which expresses the best of the Islay terroir, peated at 20ppm, in order to bring out the best quality of the barley grown directly by the Kilchoman team. Bottled at 50% in just over 12 thousand bottles.

Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
