The goods on sale are those described on the pages of spiritacademy.it, where the name of the product and any description contain the essential characteristics of the goods.
All prices include VAT (where applicable). The currency of reference for all transactions is the Euro (EUR).
Where indicated, all goods on sale on spiritacademy.it are available in the warehouse and ready for shipping. The product catalogue is updated in real time according to the actual availability of the products.
Available delivery methods are shipment by express courier and by standard courier. In the case of shipment via courier, the goods purchased are shipped by express or standard courier to the delivery address specified by the Customer on the order form. Delivery times are estimated within 24-48 hours from shipment (according to the delivery method chosen), except in the event of delays attributable to the carrier.
The Merchant undertakes to ship the goods within two working days of receipt of the order, except in the event of delays due to technical problems or force majeure, and in any case, within the times provided for by law. Orders with payment by bank transfer will be filled after the Merchant has verified receipt of the payment. Shipping costs, indicated at the foot of the order form, are for the Customer’s account. Customers may track their order status at any time, and obtain the waybill code of shipments already in progress. On delivery, the Customer is required to verify the number of packages and carefully check their external appearance. Should the number of packages delivered not correspond with that indicated, as the case may be, on the consignment note, the accompanying invoice or on the transport document, or in the event the packaging of the shipment shows signs of tampering, alteration or deformation which may be taken as presumption of damage or alteration to the contents, the Customer may refuse the delivery or alternatively, accept it and sign the delivery note with the words " GOOD RECEIVED - UNCHECKED " so as to be able to check the contents of the shipment and verify the good condition of the goods. In the event one or more products are not in perfect condition because they have been damaged during shipment, the Customer shall inform the Merchant without delay. The latter will take steps, at its own expense and in the shortest possible time, to replace the damaged goods, or where it is not possible, to refund the cost to the Customer.
Payment methods available are payment online by credit card or other means of electronic payment, payment by bank transfer and cash on delivery. Electronic methods of payment accepted are: Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards, and PayPal. All transactions are protected and confidential information is transmitted over the internet only in encrypted form, that is, encoded according to a complex mathematical algorithm that ensures illegibility by third parties. The payment process is guaranteed by the Paypal system. SpiritAcademy srl (owner of the spiritacademy.it portal) can neither view nor ever be the holder of the numbers of customers’ credit cards processed on the portal, but security is guaranteed by the Paypal system with a secure protocol. When the choice is made to pay by credit card, the system takes the user to an application integrated with the portal but hosted by Paypal, which will be the guarantor of the purchasing process. SpiritAcademy srl may be contacted directly through the available communication channels for any requests for clarification about the payment security system. Payment by bank transfer must be made in favour of the Merchant, and the Customer must advise same of the details of the bank transfer.
A tax invoice will be issued at the time payment is received and shipping effected, using the data provided by the Customer at the time of purchase. If there are found to be errors in the invoice, or a new one needs to be forwarded, we would ask you to notify us at email@example.com or by telephoning on the numbers given.

Right of cancellation - pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 206/05 (Consumer Code) for consumer protection, which governs distance contracts, you have the right to cancel if the product purchased does not satisfy your requirements or you are no longer interested, with no penalties and without being obliged to specify the reason, within and not after 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
To exercise the right of cancellation, a request for cancellation, specifying the description and quantity of products to be returned, must be forwarded by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to SpiritAcademy srl warehouse, at Largo Italia 100, 16019 Ronco Scrivia (GE).
Customer Service will contact you as soon as possible and advise you of the most suitable way to return the goods. Return of the goods must be made to the address given above within and no later than 14 days from receipt.

Jurisdiction in any disputes regarding distance sales lies with the Civil Court of the Customer’s place of residence or domicile if situated within Italy, (art. 12 Legs. Decree 50/1992); in all other cases, the Court of Genova shall have jurisdiction.
