Renegade Cane Rum Single Farm Origin Antoine is the result of the pioneering project of propagating clean and healthy cane varieties undertaken by Renegade. This rum is produced from the sucrose-rich cane variety called Purple Tallboy, in the terroir parcel known as Lower Crater Lake South. The land around the volcanic Antoine Crater Lake has steep, sea-facing slopes, and the cane grows on granular Woburn clay loam - sparse and dry at the top, deep and rich at the bottom - fully exposed to the salt-laden Atlantic trade winds.Renegade's distillery was specifically designed to enhance the individuality of the terroir, the purity of the extended fermentation and a rigorous, careful distillation.
Distillates have different alcoholpercentages. So, we have defined a parameter allowing you to better understand and compare different prices. This parameter is calculated by dividing the bottle price by the alcohol content. The alcohol content (or strength) is the amount of pure alcohol (ethanol) contained in the distillate.
This parameter indicates the price of a single 4cl dosage of distillate. It is calculated by dividing the price of the bottle by its quantity (expressed in cl), then multiplying by the centilitres of the recommended single dose, as average in cocktail recipes.
