Nora Carrion, Cellar Master of Depaz, has carefully selected five exceptional barrels that gave life to only 1.357 bottles. This rum comes from the 2004 harvest and has been aged in small white American oak barrels for 13 years.
Nose: complex, exotic and generous of sweet vanilla with scents of candied fruits.
Mouth: rich notes of aged Porto wine, characterized by jam figs and spices
