Ricky "Dirty Harry" Seeharack is the assembly of 4 barrels distilled in 1996 in a single column and aged for 25 years in a tropical climate.
During the Caroni Ceremony on 12 April 2019, some distilled barrels were selected in 1996. Once chosen, the blend was transferred to stainless steel containers, where aging stopped definitively, allowing all the characteristics of the wine to be kept intact.
This full proof bottling made it possible to create a total of 630 bottles, distributed all over the world.
